On occasion a speaker/presenter is unavoidably detained from being able to make his or her scheduled call. We have a backup system in place. In the event a speaker is not on the call at the appointed time, we can usually get a replacement speaker in less than 5 minutes. If you are on a call when this happens, designate one person to call Frank at the following number 321-403-7296. This number should only be used in emergency situations. Explain to those on the call that the call has been made and a new speaker will arrive shortly. If that number is busy, please dial the following people ONLY in the following order:

Also, if a speaker does not show at all and there is no replacement, please fill out the form below explaining the circumstances and how many people were on the call.
